The Islamic management system emphasizes that some of you have been brought up by Allah over others in the skill, knowledge, expertise and disposition that is most essential for smooth management. It also emphasizes obedience and mutual respect, cooperation, equal opportunity, commitment to work and full use of capacity. The major models of Islamic management are Falah, Amal Saleh, Sabr, Adle, and Ikhlas, These are the foundations on which the building of the Islamic management system is built in the form of a minaret. These models are helpful in developing human relations in a working environment, which does not allow one to exploit another as is common in other systems.
